“Stone, who first hit with 1990's "I'd Be Better Off (In a Pine Box)," faces the same challenge that a number of artists of his era do. He sounds as good as ever and his music is still relevant, but the Music Row machine prefers someone younger. In fact, "We're All About That," with it's down home, country boy lyrics, could easily be a hit for one of today's up-and-comers, and the rollicking "That's How We Roll" could be picked up by one of the current southern rock-leaning acts. First single "Nice Problem," in which the singer learns from a homeless person, does exactly what country songs at their best do: tell a story that middle America can relate to. Here's hoping new and old fans alike discover this solid collection of stone cold country.”
